Webinar: Proposed changes to the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (log in required)
On Tuesday, December 4, 2018 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. ET, CCUA is hosting a free webinar on the most recently proposed changes to the regulations to the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA) (Revised Regulations). Jacquie Shinfield, partner at Blakes LLP, will provide an overview of the proposed changes, and the impact to credit unions based on an article she recently published - The Good, the Bad and the Ugly: Revised Regulations to PCMLTFA.

Operations Manual Program: 2010 versions of CreditMaster® Solicitor Documents available until January 31, 2019 (log in required)
Further to Release 18:15 and 18:17, CreditMaster® solicitor documents with a 2010 revision date will not be available on Central 1's secure site until January 31, 2019, to support the completion of mortgages originated using the 2010 versions of the CreditMaster® Term Loan and Primeline®Loan agreements.
