Recently a Self-Help member and borrower, Nana Manso, received the Outstanding Achievement Award in Construction during Minority Enterprise Development Week in Durham, NC. Mr. Manso is the owner of Skyrock Construction, a licensed general contractor specializing in concrete construction works of all kinds.

We've been impressed with Mr. Manso's persistence and vision since his first loan with us in 2008. In the years that followed, Skyrock has grown into a multi-million dollar business with 23 full-time employees, and we've made several more loans to this great business. Find out more about Mr. Manso, his business philosophy and the Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 loans we offer.
