Labour Markets - Regional Ontario Ontarians faced deep cuts to privatesector full-time employment in October. Ontario's unemployment rate remained unchanged in October over September at 5.3 per cent due to a contraction to both employment (fell by 16,200 net jobs) and a nearly equal contraction to the labour force (fell by 16,600 net workers).
