Annetta Carter had been counting the days until Self-Help’s branch in Raleigh opened for business. Thursday, she got her wish. Amid balloons and other fanfare, Annetta became Self-Help’s very first customer to visit our new location in the Triangle at 7029 Harps Mill Road.
