American River Bankshares Reports First Quarter 2020 Results   

Sacramento, CA, April 16, 2020 – American River Bankshares (NASDAQ-GS: AMRB) today reported net income of $1.4 million, or $0.24 per diluted share for the first quarter of 2020 compared to $1.1 million, or $0.20 per diluted share for the first quarter of 2019.

“While it is important to share our quarterly results with our shareholders, it is important to remember that the current global pandemic is impacting us all,” said David E.
