Local peacebuilding community responds to global conflict in Ukraine

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine commenced on February 24, 2022, the Kindred Credit Union Centre for Peace Advancement community has watched the devastating conflict unfold with concern. In response, Centre community members have engaged in peacebuilding efforts through advocacy, relief efforts, scholarship and dialogue. Cassie Myers featured in Global Impact Report

Grebel Peace Incubator participant and Founder and CEO of Lunaria, Cassie Myers, was featured in the University of Waterloo 2022 Global Impact Report. The report features stories on how exceptional students, faculty and alumni are connecting across disciplines and finding solutions to create a prosperous and equitable future. Incubator funding expands programming

This spring, Union Sustainable Development Co-operative invites members to engage more deeply in affordable housing discussions through a new series of online and in-person events, bringing co-operation into this co-operative! Incubator alum raises $3.6M in seed funding

Co-founded by Jade Choy and Keith Choy, Epoch participated in the Grebel Peace Incubator from 2017-2019. Since graduating from the incubator, Epoch has relocated to San Francisco, California and recently received a $3.6M investment.
