Fall updates, new faces, and festive fun at OSB!

In October, our team came together for a day focused on growth and community. We began with employee training to sharpen our skills and strengthen collaboration. In the afternoon, we took that teamwork into the community by planting trees at Maywood, creating cards for Project Angel Hugs, and sorting food for the Sheboygan County Food Bank. It was a rewarding day of learning, teamwork, and giving back to the communities we're proud to support. We are thrilled to introduce Mai Yang to the Oostburg State Bank team! Mai is working as a Senior Credit Analyst- SBA Specialist, and we are so excited to have her on board. We're excited to welcome Rick Gensch to the Oostburg State Bank team! Rick joins us as our new Deposit Operations Specialist, where he'll help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, so our customers continue to receive the excellent service they expect from OSB.
