We at Self-Help Credit Union will take all measures to continue our service to you. Here is a brief summary of resources for members. How to get access to SHCU Banking Services At our branches   We expect that some Self-Help CU branches will be temporarily closed as a result of the hurricane. Information about branch closings will be posted to www.self-help.org. Via ATM If you have a Self-Help Credit Union debit or ATM card, you can get surcharge-free ATM access at: ATMs located at Self-Help Credit Union branches across North Carolina (Locate a Self-Help Branch) Cashpoints ATMs across North Carolina (Locate a Cashpoint ATM) ATMs nationwide that are part of the CO-OP network (Locate a CO-OP ATM)  Via online, mobile or audio banking   Online: If you are enrolled in online banking, you can log in using the orange login box at the top of the website. Mobile: If you are enrolled in mobile banking, you can use the app on your cell phone. Audio: Note that power outages could affect audio banking. When operating normally, you can bank by phone by calling 866-708-0694 (toll-free).  Enter your Self-Help Credit Union number and your 4-digit PIN (for first time users, the PIN will be the last four digits of your SSN or ITIN).  If you have any questions or need additional information, please call SHCU Member Services at 800-966-7353.
