Adding Hydro and Revenu Quebec to our Biller List (log in required) To increase payment options for your members/clients, Central 1 is pleased to announce that we will be going live with some new billers this fall.  As of October 29, 2018, your clients (except for CUPS clients, until an agreement is reached) will be able to pay the following billers.
