Ontario Housing Forecast 2018-2020
Ontario's housing market momentum has deteriorated as potential buyers are forced onto the 'homeownership sidelines' as they adapt to 2018's new policies, according to Central 1 Credit Union's latest Ontario Housing Forecast.

The report covers regional and provincial economic residential investment and construction, rental market and employment.

Federal Fall Economic Statement 2018
The federal government delivered its Fall Economic Statement 2018 providing a fi scal update to Budget 2018 and outlined initiatives to improve Canada's competitiveness through accelerated depreciation measures, increased support for innovation, expand international trade opportunities, reduced interprovincial trade barriers, and updated federal regulations. No tax cuts were announced. The budget defi cit and debt projections follow the same pattern as previously.
