Ontario's economy to slow for the next three years, according to Economic Outlook 2019 to 2021 Central 1's latest forecast predicts that Ontario's economy will face slower economic growth for the next three years due to domestic and external factors, especially stalls in investment spending, a decline in residential spending, a rise in the unemployment rate and a slowdown in the U.S. economy.
