Interest rate forecast
Financial markets are of two minds when it comes to the future of U.S. short-term rates, and therefore, they're also of two minds about the economic outlook. Equity markets have surged while bond markets sent yields to their lowest level in more than a year. Which view is correct? Central 1 Chief Economist Helmut Pastrick takes a look at both sides.
