We've heard from a couple of our people of a new scam involving people posing as Microsoft Service Technicians. Pretending to be representatives of the software company, these scammers usually reach out via telephone and ask for permission to access your computer. Then, they infect your computer with Malware that steals account information and, ultimately, your money.
