View Online Today, JPMorganChase published its 2025 Annual Report, including Jamie Dimon’s annual letter to shareholders. The annual report also includes letters from each of our CEOs, including our Global Head of Corporate Responsibility, who share how our results—and the dedication of our people—continue to drive meaningful growth and impact.  Key Themes from Jamie’s Letter In his letter, Jamie underscores two principles that are the foundation of JPMorganChase’s long-term success: running a great company and supporting the long-term health of America and the free world, especially in times of global conflict and economic uncertainty. As Jamie notes in his letter:  “Looking back on the past two+ decades — starting from my time as Chairman and CEO of Bank One in 2000 — there is one common theme: our unwavering dedication to help clients, communities, and countries throughout the world. Clearly our financial discipline, constant investment in innovation and ongoing development of our people have enabled us to achieve this consistency and commitment.”   He also highlights the firm’s strong 2025 results and ongoing investments in products, people, and technology—especially speed, innovation, reliability and AI.  “Our ongoing success will be based on our ability to wisely invest and move very quickly and nimbly, especially around product design and rollout, including incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) in everything we do.”  Strengthening National and Economic Security Jamie also notes that the strength of our business is tied to the vitality of the communities we serve. Jamie highlights new firmwide initiatives like the Security & Resiliency Initiative and American Dream Initiative, reflecting our commitment to strengthening economic and national security.  “We hope these commitments also demonstrate how business and government leaders can work together to solve seemingly intractable problems.”  Additionally, Jamie calls for well-designed bank regulations and other policy solutions to drive growth. “We at JPMorganChase feel an enormous responsibility to our nation and many others — and we remind ourselves that many companies will only thrive if their countries thrive. With the right policies and committed actions, the United States will maintain the strongest military and strongest economy and will remain the bastion of freedom and the arsenal of democracy.” Management Learnings Finally, Jamie shares management learnings on driving continuous improvement: by organizing small, dedicated teams that can move with real speed, deploying highly efficient and reusable platforms for all employees, and building a lasting, deeply rooted and common culture across the firm.
